Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us. However, since all our products are digital goods delivered electronically via email, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once the product has been delivered. Because digital products are accessible immediately after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once placed.

If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate or double payment for the same product, they may contact us through the email provided on our Contact Us page. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded through the original payment method within 48 hours.

The above no refund policy applies to all products except the Reels Master Course.

For the Reels Master Course, we offer a conditional performance based refund because we are highly confident in the strategies and systems taught inside the program. To qualify for a refund, all conditions must be strictly met.

You must watch the complete course within 7 days from the date of purchase. After completing the course, you must post one original talking face Reel daily for 100 consecutive calendar days with no gaps. Posting must begin immediately after course completion.

Posting multiple times in a single day will be considered as one day only. Skipping even one calendar day will make you ineligible for the refund.

All content must be 100 percent original and created by you. Reused, reposted, downloaded, repurposed, recycled, AI generated copied scripts, or any form of reused content is strictly not allowed. The Reels must follow the hooks, scripting structure, positioning strategy, and overall framework taught inside the course. Random posting without properly applying the system does not qualify.

You must provide complete and verifiable proof of implementation, including posting history screenshots for the full 100 day period, Reel insights and analytics, and account growth data from Day 1 to Day 100.

Refund is eligible only if there is no measurable improvement in reach, engagement, or follower growth after completing the full 100 consecutive days of proper implementation.

Refund requests for the Reels Master Course can only be submitted on or after the 108th day from the original purchase date and must be submitted before the 150th day from the original purchase date. Requests submitted outside this window will not be considered.

Accounts violating platform guidelines or community standards are not eligible. The refund applies only to first time purchases and will be processed only after complete verification of all submitted proof. We reserve the right to deny a refund if any of the above conditions are not fully satisfied.
